Bigz Bigirwa is a dynamic professional known for his leadership as the Director of Simba Talents Group. He is a graduate of George Mason University’s Schar School of Public Policy. Having co-founded the 501(C)3 nonprofit, EducateMe INC, Bigz served as its Managing Director, utilizing his skills and knowledge to drive impactful initiatives in education. His expertise in talent management and commitment to empowering individuals have positioned him as a respected figure in the industry. With a passion for nurturing growth and opportunities, Bigz is dedicated to making a positive impact. His strategic vision and innovative approach to talent development have led to success and inspired others in the field. Bigz has cultivated strong relationships through his engagements in Washington DC and across the United States. Beyond his professional endeavors, Bigz is deeply passionate about addressing the challenge of youth unemployment in Africa while simultaneously tackling the widening skills gaps in the Western world, particularly as populations age.

Emmanuel Lubwama
Emmanuel Lubwama is a highly skilled computer engineer and software engineer with a BSc. Computer Engineering from Makerere University, Uganda. His ability to solve problems and create innovative solutions through coding makes him a valuable asset at Simba Talents Group. He has contributed to the development of a project focused on “Machine Learning Aided Screening of Lung Diseases in CT Images,” showcasing his technical proficiency and dedication to making a difference in healthcare. Emmanuel represented Uganda in the UNESCO India Africa Hackathon 2022. In his free time, Emmanuel engages in coding projects to further honing his skills and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements.

Anncarl Mwenda is a talented front-end software engineer with a BSc. Computer Science from Multimedia University of Kenya. Anncarl’s passion for designing visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces, combined with her dedication to problem-solving, ability to learn quickly, and resilient work ethic, makes her an exceptional developer. Her passion for her work is evident in her unwavering commitment and meticulous attention to detail. She tackles complex challenges with enthusiasm, always striving for excellence. Anncarl has a strong passion for machine learning and has successfully completed projects in this field, including the development of a restaurant recommendation system.

Ritah Nakate
Ritah is a highly skilled graduate statistician with a strong passion for applying statistical methods to real-world challenges. In her role as a Research Intern at Simba Talents Group, she contributes meaningfully to various research projects. Possessing a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics from Makerere University, Ritah has a solid foundation in statistical theory. Her academic projects and internships have been instrumental in showcasing her proficiency in research, data analysis, experimental design, and statistical modeling.
